I have more energy and vitality now, than I did when I was half my current age!

4. Keiser Spin Training Classes

This indoor cycling emphasises intensity training through a combination of power output (measured in watts) heart rate, and perceived exertion. The specialised bikes feature magnetic resistance, offering consistent resistance at any speed, and allow for small resistance adjustments. Key aspects include understanding how to interpret metrics like RPM, power, and heart rate, and adjusting your effort based on your individual goals and fitness level

5. Aqua Fit Classes

This is cardio and resistance training in water with Petra's own blend of carefully selected tunes to get you energised and in the mood for aqua aerobic. This class combines with carefully choreographed cardio and water resistance training.

The aqua training is designed to improve cardiovascular health, build strength, increase stamina, and improve balance and coordination, which is why it has become one of Petra's most popular classes. People clearly feel and see the difference it makes to their physical bodies and mental health!

1. Les Mills GRIT Strength, Cardio and Athletic Classes   

             This is functional strength combined with speed, agility and cardio training

2. Les Mills Body Balance Classes

These Les Mills classes are choreographed with a mix of Tai Chi, Yoga and Pilates

3. Les Mills RPM Indoor Cycling Classes 

This is choreographed progressive spin training for cardio, speed and Strength

6. Somatic Yoga Classes

Which is a practise of mindful traditional yoga postures with somatic principles, focusing on the sensory experience of movement rather than just the physical form of each pose or posture. The goal is to enhance body awareness, promote relaxation, and improve overall physical and mental well-being

7. Restorative Yoga Classes

A gentle, relaxing style of yoga that emphasises stillness and sometimes uses props to support the body in more gentle and passive poses, promoting deep relaxation and stress reduction. Designed to activate the parasympathetic nervous system, often referred to as the rest and digest response, helping to calm the mind and body.

This discipline supports anxiety management and stress management, it also helps people manage chronic health conditions and physical pain

8. Sound Bath Meditation Classes

These classes involve immersion in the resonant sounds of instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to promote relaxation, healing, and mindfulness.

Unlike traditional meditation, the focus is on experiencing the sounds and vibrations to encourage a meditative state to release tension and enable deep healing of the mind and body
